1 William Street

The 1 William Street building is the largest building on the Brisbane skyline at 259.8 meters tall. This office building features modernist design elements, along with 137 electric instantaneous hot water units by STIEBEL ELTRON. Located in the Brisbane central business district, near Brisbane Parliament House, the building was developed to meet the growing Queensland Government accommodation demands. From initial concept, the building has been designed with the environment in mind, achieving a 5-star accredited NABERS energy rating, performing excellently in regard to its selection of energy sources, appliances and thus reduced emissions. As of 28th February 2018, the building has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star Office As Built V3 Certification. The 1 William Street building is a step in the right direction for new construction and development in the public sector, and STIEBEL ELTRON is proud to be a part of that change. With the high efficiency of electric instantaneous water heaters, STIEBEL ELTRON has contributed to the successful ratings achieved by this project.
