• The heat pump must be installed by an approved Stiebel Eltron installation partner.
• Valid for air source hydronic heat pumps in a residential setting
• The installation must include an ISG Web
• Annual service must be completed by an approved STIEBEL ELTRON service partner.
• Register warranty and ISG

The ISG is a crucial component of the installation process. It allows for remote monitoring and control of your heat pump system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

No, the extended warranty offer is not applicable to commercial installations such as cascaded heat pumps, commercial hot water systems, hotels, or multi-residential installations. It is exclusively available for residential applications.
